At Raudey Atelier we ship from Mallorca (Balearic Islands) to all national and international territories.
Each order is prepared with care and attention, ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition.
📍 Local deliveries (Mallorca)
For customers in Mallorca, we offer the option of free hand delivery at a meeting point in the Artà or Manacor area, once or twice a week.
This way, you can avoid shipping costs and pick up your order conveniently and nearby.
When making your purchase, select this option and we will contact you to arrange the delivery day and time.
📍 National shipping (Spain)
Balearic Islands:
Standard shipping (2–5 business days) — €9.90
Free shipping on orders over €59Peninsula:
Standard shipping (3–7 business days) — €12.90
(Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping company and order volume)
🌍 International Shipping
Raudey Atelier has created a flat rate of €16.50 for international shipping, in order to make it easier to buy their products.
However, we reserve the right to cancel the sale if the actual shipping costs or restrictions of the destination country make it necessary , always informing the customer beforehand.
The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days, although it may be extended to 15-20 days depending on the destination, the service contracted or the logistical conditions.
For your peace of mind, and if you wish, contact us before making your purchase to calculate the exact shipping cost and confirm availability.
📦 Preparation and delivery
All products are prepared with care and shipped protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
⚠️ Important
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond Raudey Atelier's control (transport, weather conditions, etc.).
Customs duties or local taxes, if applicable to international shipments, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of customized products, the delivery time will be agreed with the workshop according to the complexity and volume of the order.

The delivery time for personalized products may vary depending on the type of order and the level of detail required.
Since these are handcrafted creations, each piece requires its own production time.
Raudey Atelier is committed to making and delivering each order as soon as possible, always keeping you informed about the manufacturing process and the status of the order.

Exchange and Return Policy
To make any changes or returns, please contact us as soon as possible via email:
The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of the order.
Don't forget to include your personal details and order number .
At Raudey Atelier, your satisfaction is important to us, so we would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for your request and accompany it with photographs, if necessary.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, just as it was received (labels, details, wrapping, etc.).
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
⚠️ Important
We recommend checking the condition of the package upon receipt.
If there is any external damage, let the delivery person know so that it is noted on the delivery note, and check the condition of the product inside the box.
In case of damage or breakage during transport, the claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims for internal damage will not be accepted.
Please note that many of our items are limited edition, so stock may be limited.
If the product in question is unavailable, it may be replaced by another item of similar price or by an alternative version of the same design.
Customized products
Raudey Atelier does not accept changes or returns on personalized products, as they are made especially for each customer, except in case of error on the part of the workshop.
Refund policy
Raudey Atelier reserves the right to approve or not a refund, after evaluating each case individually.
